After the consulation we will provide a document that states the project narrative, provide sample renderings to demonstrate proof of concept and provide an estimate for the materials and labor to complete the project based on the content of the consultation. This concludes our complimentary consultation.
Once the project scope is approved we begin the design and engineering process of the music system and any additional sub-systems included with the approved scope document. The design, performed in CAD using National Electric Code and standard industry approved nomenclature is of the level of detail you would expect from a professional design firm or architect.
At this stage we present our system documentation to you in blue print scale accompanied by a bound summary folio that demonstates how we will achieve the project scope, what materials will be used, how we will execute the project and complete on time and within the agreed budget.
Upon your approval of the design, we enter a formal agreement for the project and the installation begins. As we execute the scope of work, progress reports and photographs are posted for your review in our client login area of this website.
Upon our installation completion we provide a scheduled "no rush" tutorial of your system to ensure your comfortable with its operation. Then we reinforce the instruction with online tutorial videos specific to your system available on this website in our client login area.
Once the installation is complete your system warranty begins. We'll be there for you when you need us to provide reinforcement instruction, troubleshooting and monitoring of your systems vital components to ensure your satisfaction is guaranteed throughout the warranty period.
We offer several means of taking care of your installed system while maintaining its performance beyond the warranty period. Whether you choose per diem service or subscribe to our maintenance plan you can rest assured we will be responsive to your needs when you need us and our constant monitoring of your system to ensure you won't.
